My room(and MULTIPLE others) did not have AC. The front desk said they can not do anything about it . Also, there were multiple rooms missing a tv .. it is already extremely hot outside so my whole family was definitely upset that we could not sleep or even sit in the room comfortably . It was insane and I won't stay again.

The sheets on the bed had stains on them, the towels were dingy, multiple light bulbs were not working, the television was only receiving half of the channels, and there was a large piece of blackout curtain missing. These are just problems with the room itself. The staff service was poor, and not at all what I would expect from a Crowne Plaza hotel. This hotel was worth the price ($71/night) but that should be the regular price, not a special rate.

When coming to check-in on time, we were pretty much forced to do VIP parking (which made us unload) before even checking in. Once we got inside the line was extremely long, only 3 people where at the front desk. Once getting through the line we were checked in quickly. Getting into the room it was very cold so we decided we will turn it down before bed. When we were about to lay down to go to sleep, we turned the temp a bit up, minutes later we heard it pop. I went down stairs after knowing it was the AC that stopped working and told a man at the front desk. After telling the man exactly what happened he told he would tell the repair man and shuuded me away. We waited for someone to come or even call the room to tell us they weren't coming for about 2 hours. We left early in the A.M. and told the only guy at the desk at that time what all happened.

The aesthetic of the hotel in the lobby is beautiful. When you go up to the rooms, it is very dated and oh the hallway smells like mildew the circulation in the room before the beds in the room seem to be very old for this to have been our Crowne Plaza it felt like a Motel 6 was very disappointed. The valet is very poor. They have you waiting, but they don’t wait for your payment. Your payment is about $55. We checked out they are old school with ballet. They use tickets so you will be waiting on your car. There was an event going on And the people parked in the valet line so we had to wait for them to load up their supplies it was just overall an experience that I will not experience again because I will not stay again. Thank you.

The hotel could use a major cleaning. It smelt bad in the lobby, the phone in our room didn’t work so I had to go down to the lobby anytime I needed something, and some of the staff was rude.

First of all the floor was dusty as if it hadn’t been vacuum in weeks. There was build up in every corner of the room. The bathroom lamps and door hinges were rusted. And worst of all the sliding doors to the balcony were screwed shut and seal in between the two doors were worn away so when it rained it created an extremely obnoxious whistle. This hotel looks good on the pictures but is very poorly kept.

When i first arrived checked in when i walked in my room i received a room that hadnt been cleaned by hosekeeping. Check in is for 4pm. I had to go back to check in to recieve another room. The second room the bathroom was very unacceptable. The knob wasnt secured, the bathtub wasnt cleaned looked very dinghy we couldnt use it at all. When this was expressed at checkout i was told that my deposit would be issued back to me with 5 to 7 bus days which has nothing to do with me being inconvenienced since i arrived. I wasnt compensated with a credit nor a refund

We spent our honeymoon here and it was well spent. The only things I didn't expect was the price when we got there versus the price on hotels.com, they didn't have a microwave or mini fridge in the rooms and parking was across a busy street. We arrived at 5pm, when we were allowed to check-in at 4. It was a mad house, people had been waiting for hours to check in, rooms were not ready, and we had to wait another hour for our room to be ready. We were in town for a concert, and because of the delay, we missed the first band. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this is the first time I've ever been able to check in because a room isn't ready. Other customers and myself had to get ready in the lobby bathroom, which was an absolute mess.
