It was very bad experience with this hotel I will never recommend anyone to go there forever I mean it is ridiculous. Front desk clerk was given attitude on me while I was asking for new bed sheets and towels I did inform the front desk clerk and the housekeeper as well to make sure they give me room service they said yes we will do it and then when we come back to room at night the room was left dirty without room service so I called at front desk many times but no one answered calls so I when downstairs to front desk and they said they can’t clean the room right now but if I need towels or sheets they will provide but we have to put sheets my self I said ok that’s fine when someone brings to our room he brings the wrong size sheets so I called front desk again the lady answered and she was very rude to me so I when downstairs again at desk she was giving me very rude attitude. I will never forget this and never come back again in my life.

No one came to clean the room. I called housekeeping and the front desk to request a clean bath towel, but housekeeping didn’t respond, and the front desk staff hung up the phone abruptly and rudely.

Rude front desk staff on the 7am-3pm shift. Arrived at 2:45 pm and were told to check back in *90 minutes* to see if our room was ready yet. Shift change at 3, talked to new person — magically a room is available immediately. Over-priced breakfast buffet that is identical to what you would get at a 2- or 3-star hotel. Was overcharged for parking on checkout despite parking being included in my booking. Also charged a higher room rate than confirmed in my booking despite being shown confirmation. Front desk said this was because the reservation on their system said “Expedia.com” and not “Hotels.com”. They refunded the parking but refused to honor the room rate I was quoted. When I contacted hotels.com about the issue, the representative I spoke to said no one at the hotel would pick up the phone when they called to discuss the charged rate.

We paid for breakfast include. Expedia charge was at about $160 and the hotel rate without breakfast is $118. We were not allowed to have free breakfast. We want our money back for the difference in prices.

Dirty hotel room

I have photos of the room when I arrived the bathroom ceiling pealing the toilet and tub had red stuff on it. The sprinkler in the room rusted. I had family members to rent the same hotel and a roach was found in their room and they were moved. I will never stay there again. I did valet parking for one night and they tried to charge me for three. Never again one and done lighting was also poor in the hallways. One night the linens were not changed and I had to ask for clean towels.

Does not live up to the name of Crowne Plaza. Staff was great but they were terribly understaffed everywhere. Valet was lined up several times, only one waiter in the 1st floor restaurant (2 mornings in a row...shout out to Bobby holding it down with customer service and class despite the poor working conditions), one person checking in on the overnight which caused a long line of exhausted patrons.The restaurant and lobby were humid and hot. The elevator was working intermittently and made really loud noises during operation. Did not sound safe. Wi-fi was basically unusable. Windows to closed balcony in our first room had shattered but wasn't replaced. Snack area computer wasnt taking cards so you had to charge to your room. Owners should really consider putting some money and staff into the place instead of refusing a long list of payment types.

Great staff, main floor and restaurants are nice. Seem short staffed everywhere including the restaurants and valet. Air conditioning was not good on the lobby floor. Hot and humid overheard front desk tell a guest "it's always like that". Balconies but no balcony access. Very long list of cards/banks they don't accept but lower than avg daily incidental fee. Room had mold on ceiling above shower and the window had huge cracks in it. Not up to the standard that is associated with the name Crowne Plaza.

We showed up early and they wouldn't let us check in early. The staff was very unfriendly. Then the place was a mess. The carpet was dirty and stank. Never ever stay here ever again.
