The only problem I had was a slow check in process. It took 30 minutes and there was about 30 people behind me. Apparently under staffed and several problems with some guests. Once I got to agent was quick. The room was nice and spacious and TV was massive, best I have ever seen. The restaurant staff was very hospitable. I would stay there again.

I stayed here after a flight was delayed overnight from ATL. The check-in staff was friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean, although the bathroom definitely needs some attention. Bits of the ceiling were crumbling onto the shelf above the toilet, and the wallpaper was peeling in a few places.

Quick Convenient Stay near Airport

Our only complaint was the temperature in the room. The thermostat was hard to control. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Conveniently located near the airport with free shuttle.

Parking is secure, but you have to pay $22 to park. Hotel staff didn't mention that at any point. This is a great location if you want to stay near the airport. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and they have a restaurant with decent food. I would probably stay again.

This place needs a major renovation. Bathroom looked awful and old. Furniture was outdated and chipped. Bathroom has rust buildup with old wallpaper toilet seat cover screw caps were missing and where the screw goes in was rusted. I will never stay here again. It was a last minute trip so I decided to deal with it but this isn’t how I wanted to spend my money.
