The room that I had was really dingy and smelled and felt moldy. The hallways didn’t smell any better either. Moreover, due to the height of the rug it was virtually impossible to close the door of the closet nor the main door. I often found my room door open after I entered the room until I pushed hard to close it. That would pose a security risk for a single female. It also made it incredibly dangerous for a normal person to navigate that area, especially the bathroom space. I do not understand how this room could even be designated as handicapped, which would be even more dangerous for a mobility challenged person!!! Of course, I requested a room change but the front desk said they were full. I expect a full refund from the hotel for having me stay in a room that should not even be let. Terribly disappointed on so many levels of cleanliness, comfort, security and navigability. This property should not be carrying the Sonesta name, which carries a certain expectation when a person books such a property

Nice place, but wasnt what i expectedfor the price, but has the potential. Excellent service, though. The breakfast staff is very accommodating and exuded the prestige that the hotel itself lacked. The parking was terrible, only because it stayed full. I liked that you needed a room key to access the elevator, but you have to be careful and mindful to close your room door as mine didn't automatically close. Overall, an ok stay. I'd book again only if at a more affordable price. Decent hotel

My toilet doesn’t flush, the phone doesn’t work, and the door is hard to open. I received a key to another room so I can use the toilet until plumber can fix it while I’m at the conference. I get back after dinner around 8:00 pm. The toilet was never fixed. I was too tired to move to the other room so o kept using the other room. 9:00 I started to get calls from downstairs But the phone doesn’t work right. The front desk guy comes upstairs to my room, but I don’t know its front desk. I open the door to an unknown person. I figured it was someone checking in. When he asked my name i panicked and closed the door. It turns out its front desk. Now he’s upset bc he thinks I slammed the door on him. All in all this was an awful experience! Still planning to run to the other room to use the bathroom until I check out.

We waited at the check in counter for 35 minutes . The computer would not accept our reservation. Three hotel personnel worked on it while we stood watching their frustration level as it increased to equal ours.! Staff was kind although I think we should have been compensated in some small way.

The room was not good. many spots on carpet and looked old and dingy. To the point that I never walked without socks on. bathroom floor, bathtub were not clean. Shower faucet kept running no matter how hard I tried to shut off. Elevators were slow and one elevator kept going out of service. I would have taken stairs but the stairs didn't come all the way to the lobby!!! I wouldn't want to be in this hotel in case of a fire!! The check in and check out were both painfully slow. Despite the line being 5 guests deep, there was only one person available. The bright spot was the dining room staff. They were very nice and prompt. food was also quite good.
