Staff very helpful. Staff very friendly. We Asked for clean sheets and fresh towels got them quickly. Room was clean courtyard was clean nice and quiet. Breakfast isnt free and very limited i woukd cgange that for the folks staying and what they do offer is very pricey. The rooms that have a balcony need seats so folks can sit out on them and enjoy it. Requested it and ciuldnt sit out abd enjoy it. Parking fee was a surprise to us it was not mentioned when making reservations have stayed here before never paid for parking but they now charge lije 28.00 per night. Overall nice trip

I have to extend 10 STARS to Quran! He's the most kind, professional, and accommodating front desk attendant I've met. He's AWESOME. Nicole was very kind as well. The only issue I had was the heat in the hallways.

The building is old. The restroom was not very clean and had dirty stains on the floor. For some weird reason, the sink is not in the restroom but the actual room, which was weird for me! There is not much to do around the area unless you cross the highway over to Midtown.

The property was definitely convenient and the bed was delightful, I slept well. Staff is friendly, elevators work well and the water in the lobby is a nice amenity. Only update I'd like to see is to the tub in the bathroom. My stopper was broken and sitting on the side of the tub, however the shower curtain was clean. Body soap was missing from the shower, I had two shampoos and a conditioner which I thought was odd. Overall I had a great over night experience and the lobby is a very welcoming space.
