The staff were friendly and very helpful. The ice makers on 3 separate floors were not working and had to go to the front desk to get ice. The parking is not included, it is $28 per day. The room appeared clean, but the floral scent in the room was so strong it gave me a migraine. Overall, the hotel was a decent price and served its purpose.

Evening staff is not frieldy, breakfast is overpriced for what you get, bathtub's drain is very very slow, and access to Georgia Tech is not as easy as the hotel makes it sound. Will not book again in this hotel.

This property elevator carpet was dirty and smelly, there were locks on the gates to the pool so we could not use it. It would have been nice to know that upon check in. There are no microwaves in the rooms, u have to go To the end of the hall to use the microwave which sucked because I needed to keep the baby’s bottles warm through the night. The room didn’t smell sanitized, it appeared clean, but I used my own cleaning products and cleaned. The “balcony” was not at all a real balcony. It was cement. Looking at the pictures online before booking made me book, but once I got to the property in person, I was dissatisfied in a few areas that I mentioned. Also there is no hot tub either. The fridge didn’t keep our drinks cold either and It smelled. I only stay one night and I won’t book here again in the future. The one thing they do have in which I was Pleased with was good water pressure and good temp in the shower. After long travel, a nice hot shower was appreciated. I also didn’t not like being charged $150 hold just For one night.

Overall, I had an excellent stay! I was disappointed that the pool was closed for a day without notice and the breakfast is underwhelming… fortunately, the Whole Foods is close by and I made use of the room fridge for breakfast. Parking was costly but that seems to be common in Atlanta. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the shampoo, conditioner, etc. was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again (and will ask about the pool ahead of time:)).

If I hadn't booked my room on discount for $84/night before taxes I would've had to raise a fuss with the front desk - I was put in a room for hearing disabled people closer to the highway. It's right next to the highway. I'm on the autism spectrum with intense hearing sensitivity. It took me over an hour to fall asleep (with sleep aids) when I got back the first night. Fortunately a friend took me in for the second night. - The track for the curtains was hanging off the wall, still functional but not in appropriate condition - I paid for a balcony and did not get it - Other areas of the walls were dirty, though carpets and counters seemed clean. PS They did a facelift of the lobby and certain areas so that their pictures look more modern. I get the feeling that, unless this one is discounted, it isn't on par with similarly priced options. But I haven't been around enough to say that for sure.
