I hired this room for my employees to stay. He had the worst experience ever. The location did not feel safe. There were banging on the door next to him for majority of the night. The beds were not clean and had bed bugs biting him. He tried to get with guests services who never seems to be available and other guests had very similar complaints. His key card kept getting deactivated and everyday he had to wait in a long line for guest services to reactivate this for his stay. He had to check out earlier than anticipated because the stay felt unsafe, weed smell in the room and hallway, loud noises and dirty uncomfortable room conditions. I do not recommend this place and will no longer use them for any future business or personal service. Still awaiting an update for a credit of the unused nights during this stay.
