The pool was closed due to the weather but it only rained once in the morning. This was just laziness on their part. Very disappointing. A friend stayed at the Wyndham and invited us to their pool. It was an open rooftop and not a raindrop in sight.

I waited for an hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive at the airport shuttle line. The shuttle is advertised to run every thirty minutes. The shuttle van was dirty and in poor shape with only two seatbelts visible for two bench seats. The driver decided he wanted to share his music with his passengers, so he turned the music up much louder. There were two passengers, myself and another woman in the van. I am disabled and needed assistance but none was offered, although he did help me with my luggage when we got to the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating Upon getting my room assigned, I did not receive assistance to get to my room and was just pointed towards the elevator. My room was decent and neat, but the television wasn’t working correctly and I wasn’t promptly given a new room where everything worked. The clerk that came up to fix the original tv problem was very courteous and nice and he did help me to my new room. I know this review runs hot and cold but overall my stay was just “meh”. Usually when I stay at a Country Inn and Suites the overall appearance and service is nearly impeccable. This one was severely lacking.

The sheets and comforter on my bed was filthy. In order to request towels you had to take the dirty ones to the front desk. The break fast was mediocre.

We had a very good time at your hotel. Especially at the tavern . We never had to really leave the hotel entertainment was right there and we were very comfortable. And it was very clean.
