Hotel clerk when I checked in was very rude and gave me an unclean unsafe and unfunctional room. I had to change rooms when the next clerk came in.

There were a few issues that happened out of the hotel control. Ice machine was down on first floor. The elevator was stuck with someone in it. I had to take the stairs second floor for ice. I had to walk to the front desk for extra towels. Overall, not bad.

I realized when I booked my late evening flight to Ga that I no longer see well at night. I’ve visited ATL many times but have family nearby. The comfort Inn ATL airport was reasonably priced & clean, quiet & even though I slept late & missed breakfast, it was offered. Benny at the front desk was kind & patient & saw immediately that I was tired & didn’t feel great. He cared enough to make sure that I had everything I needed & offered coffee or tea. I opted for a cup of hot tea. Good experience!

This hotel was very poorly managed, poorly cleaned and needs MAJOR updates. when i first came into my room there was a dirty soap bar with hair wrapped around it from the previous guest in the shower and spit in the sink as if housekeeping had just only made up the beds in preparation for our check in . During my stay NONE of the ice machines worked on any of the floors. I had heard many guest complain to the manager about this, to which she replied "did you try the one on floor x,y,z?" which normally this wouldn't be an issue but it takes 15 minutes to go between floors because they have only one working elevator. MY BIGGEST CONCERN was the safety. the first night I stayed there the guy at the front gave me one key. the next morning I went to the front desk and waited for a clerk to come to the podium when she arrived I asked " can i get a key to room xxx" to which she replied "sure" and printed me off a key . She didn't ask for ID or anything and it wasnt like she was the clerk from there previous night that checked me in. I COULDVE BEEN ANYBODY. VERY DANGEROUS! overall all if u need a last minute stay by the airport to catch a flight it may be ok for a nigh but beware!

A lot of up grades are needed. People need to stop smoking in hotel rooms (legal or illegal). Breakfast was so, so. No waffle batter :(. The beds are comfortable and the staff was nice and welcoming.
