Room and hotel in general run down, couch had terrible looking stains, phone would not work, door looked like it had been kicked in, breakfast was terrible, asked at least 5 times for a hair dryer-got it over 24 hours later. Only one bath towel. Front sliding door to hotel would not open when we got there. Power outage for 2 hours. Just didn’t feel safe, secure.

Our TV did not work in our room for our entire stay. We told the front desk daily and they did not come until the last night to look at it and were unable to do anything to fix it. They did give us a little money off for the inconvenience. We were never able to sign into the free WiFi the password did not work and after calling they did not have a solution. The room was in need of a good cleaning, bathroom floor and tub very slippery in the bathroom

The staff for the most part was okay… however on one day the young young lady when eating breakfast was making people get up if she saw that you were through instead of allowing you to go back and get additional food. Now the next day the older lady who had the same job was excellent. She was sooo sweet and cracked jokes with you and made you feel all warmed and welcome.

The inside of the hotel is clearly worn, with paint missing from walls. It definitely needs a makeover. The furniture in the room is covered in scratches and chips, and the lamp bases are rusted and covered in scratches. Our room had dust over the beds, the carpet had torn seams, and the microwave did not work; it would not spin and no amount of fixing it helped, so food was always cold in large spots. We marked the room for 5 travelers and got 2 queen beds and a couch. Despite that, the hotel did not supply the extra person with pillows or a blanket. When she asked for a blanket, they gave her a terribly thin cover for one, which in 40 degree weather outside is just terrible. Additionally, our room AC refused to work and the TV didn’t work either. Both needed to be messed with to get functioning. The AC had to be restarted multiple times every day to get it to work, and the TV’s wires were loose. Staff were nice, but the room situation was atrocious.

The location was very convenient & in walking distance of the Mercedes Benz Stadium; however, the hotel was not prepared for the large number of guest. During our 1st night stay, we didn’t have enough towels or pillows & was informed that neither would be available until 1pm the following day. The layout of the room was not good because the TV was not viewable from the sitting area. Breakfast was great on the 2nd morning. Special Thanks to Ms Melissa for her excellent hospitality. She was very nice & friendly. I requested a printout during checkout but was told I had to go online to print it out. The young lady was on her cellphone & never made eye contact with me during the conversation. I strongly believe “some” of your front desk staff would benefit from some customer service training.
