This was a great location for walking to the stadium to a concert. Beds were comfortable, a/c was cold, room was clean. Not much water pressure, but that’s about standard. Breakfast was good, but had to wait for several items to be put out. Front desk staff were friendly.

The room was big, spacious, and clean. Although it had a musty smell, it was comfortable. The fitness is facility is pretty nice for a smaller hotel. What makes this hotel great is the staff. Madison and Chrissy at the front desk are amazing and helpful. Melissa, who makes breakfast, is sweet and helpful as well. These ladies go above and beyond to help you and make sure your stay is great.

Excellent for staying. The only problem was at check in was supposed to be at 3pm and the room are not ready and we arrive like 6pm. When finally they get my room, when we open the door, we find another family in that room. And then we need to wait like 25 minutes more for other room.

The room was nice and spacious. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good but options were limited. My stay was great the only concern i had is house keeping did not come once during our 5 night stay.

I had a 12 hours delay in flight when arriving. I've informed the hotel via expedia message. I arrived only the morning after they cancelled my resservation and gave the room to a different person. They did not inform me that they canceled my reservation, and provided no assitance with getting a different hotel. Furthermore, they even tried to charge me for the entire duration of my cancelled trip. Only after several talks from Expedia I got them to provide me refund (with the exception of the first day).

Elevator was broken. Room was clean when we arrived, but no one cleaned or check on the room for the entire stay which was unusual. Breakfast was okay, not great but good for being free.

Room was average staff was ok. Had to pay 25.00 for parking. Woke up the next morning to look out at the parking lot to find police and people standing in the parking lot. Looked down at my vehicle to see the passenger back window broken out. On top of that it was raining pretty good so inside vehicle got really wet. Went out to find 19 vehicles were broke into at this paking lot and 31 in the other parking lot. A few people received calls from the hotel about the break in issue so they can check there vehicles for damage but we did not receive a call. Spent the next few hours filing a police report and clean up glass and covering window for the 4 hour drive home. Found out this has happened 2 other times in the last month at this hotel and not one time did the staff notify any of us at check in of the break in issue. We did end up getting our 25.00 parking fee refunded wow thanks. Talked the the manager about getting the room charges refunded but they were not willing to refund.
