The front check in went quickly but I had to go back because they gave us a room on the 3rd floor, it was a long walk to the elevator from the parking lot & then to the room. They did switch our room to a ground floor handicap room but there were missing parts in the floor, the bed dipped in the middle, the chair was broken & the had the makings for coffee but no coffee pot. The sign on the door said the lobby opened at 6, there was a bell which I rang, waited 10 min & no one answered. I finally saw people going in the lobby after 8 am. I addressed the issue with the room, the lobby not being open & no one answering the doorbell. I was told nothing could be done about the room as I had already paid, the only have certain rooms with coffee pots and the lobby opens at 8.

The bed sheets was wrinkled, towels was poor flooring was cracked.My wife is very sensitive so I killed 2 roaches without showing her otherwise we have to moveout.something was poured on Bed head I cleaned. Paint has scratched. They have to pay more attention for painting, cleaning, towels and pest control

The room was not clean although the bedding was clean. The TV didn’t work. The water was not hot. I saw a couple of bugs in the room. The dog potty area was not picked up. The service was not friendly. We went for the free breakfast at 7:00 AM and were told “it will be awhile “. Do not recommend!

This place was absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches everywhere. Dead ones and alive ones, small ones and big ones. They were in the shower, in the bed sheets and on the tv and in the microwave and fridge. There was burn holes in the bed sheets. Overall this place was disappointing and disgusting.

Horrible hotel, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy, dirty rooms, I found marijuana cigarettes in the room, condom paper in the bathroom, old and dirty sheets, very dirty walls, refrigerator, skirting boards and doors, dirty floor, I found cockroaches and other insects in the room. have coffee at the hotel… Place full of strange people hanging around in the corridors, there is no security, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in all the rooms, I had to change rooms 3 times and even then they all smelled very strongly of cigarettes and marijuana… The staff Poor people all lost, it seems that everything they were complaining about they already knew, this must be normal in the place... Conclusion: I don't recommend it to anyone, it's not worth it, my review is horrible and zero, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life.

First off, the pool looks to have been out of order for some time. As this and breakfast are my search criteria, I was quite annoyed that it was advertised in the search. Soon after checking in I noticed a cockroach on the side of the bed. I hoped it was a one-off, but later that night when I woke up to use the restroom I noticed two more of them scurrying around the sink where I had laid my toothbrush. In the morning I noticed another one when I picked up my child’s backpack from the floor. I tried to inform the staff when I came down for breakfast, but they were locked up and no breakfast was put out. I didn’t see breakfast out either day off or stay during the advertised times. Before I came back for the second night I called the desk and asked if they could spray out the room for cockroaches and they said they would. When we got back hours later the desk had no log off that and no housekeeping to verify if it had been done. When I got back to the room it was apparent nothing had been done as I was greeted by more lovely cockroaches on the wall.

Had a horrible experience. My room was infested with roaches and the building smelt like trash. I was transferred to a second room in the middle of the night after complaining to the clerk and as soon as i walked into the second room roaches began fleeing! Had to request an immediate refund and was only refund one day because i could get a refund after being in the room after 1 hour. Smh the clerk was nice but definitely do not stay here..mentally prepare yourself, defnitely on a BUDGET

It was disgusting. It didn't look at all like the pictures. The room floors are slippery as if its not cleaned well. There are cockroaches everywhere. The walls have holes in them, some have burn marks. The furniture is super dirty, it looks like its never been cleaned. The staff member we cam across when we first got in was very helpful and tried to get us in an O.K room but they were all very dirty full of roaches. We could not stay there, as I am allergic to cockroachss, so we had to check out. When we checked out, the staff member was very nasty with us. DO NOT GO THERE WHEN LOOKING TO STAY IN AREA. There is garbage everywhere and the building looks very old. Not to mention, there is no elevator.

This place literally had roaches crawling all over the floors and walls. It should be shut down!! I only got refunded 1 night even though I didn’t stay at all bc of the roach infestation. Absolutely do not book this place. The pictures are a lie!!

This is a run down former mid grade hotel. It smells, the air condition was filthy the room was in disrepair. Mold in the shower and lumpy cheap uncomfortable beds. Property is obviously is distress and is home for residents in crisis. Stay away. Spend $40 more and stay at the Comfort Inn next door.
