Do Not Book Here! As soon as we walked into our room, the roaches just scattered!!! Was infested with roaches! Very dirty, smelled of smoke, random people just sitting outside at 1 am when we arrived, broken hotel rooms windows and the cars outside had broken windows as well. Instantly went back to the front and got a refund and booked for another hotel.

There was roaches in the room. Yeah, no pool as advertised in the pictures. Stairwell's broken down rusted. Ice machine not working. They serve toast for breakfast and coffee and said it was an international breakfast. I was very unhappy.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service & disgusting rooms filled with roaches and other insects. They changed me to 3 different rooms and even then the one that we settled on (we only settled because my husband NEEDED to rest as we were going to be leaving today early and it was a 9 hour drive) There was a literal part of the wall missing in the bathroom. No smoke detectors. It also looked like as if someone had peed on the wall and there were cigarette burns on the covers. AND THE EMPLOYEES?! Not only was the person who attended us at first really rude but she legit packed her bag and left in the middle of talking to me without even saying anything just grabbed her book bag said something to her coworker that had just arrived in a different language while giving me the nastiest look although we had been nothing but respectful to her despite the situation and then the employee who had just arrived as we were speaking with him he got a call and while I was MID sentence he picked up the call and started speaking with the person while I waited.

Last resort option
The front check in went quickly but I had to go back because they gave us a room on the 3rd floor, it was a long walk to the elevator from the parking lot & then to the room. They did switch our room to a ground floor handicap room but there were missing parts in the floor, the bed dipped in the middle, the chair was broken & the had the makings for coffee but no coffee pot. The sign on the door said the lobby opened at 6, there was a bell which I rang, waited 10 min & no one answered. I finally saw people going in the lobby after 8 am. I addressed the issue with the room, the lobby not being open & no one answering the doorbell. I was told nothing could be done about the room as I had already paid, the only have certain rooms with coffee pots and the lobby opens at 8.

The bed sheets was wrinkled, towels was poor flooring was cracked.My wife is very sensitive so I killed 2 roaches without showing her otherwise we have to moveout.something was poured on Bed head I cleaned. Paint has scratched. They have to pay more attention for painting, cleaning, towels and pest control

The room was not clean although the bedding was clean. The TV didn’t work. The water was not hot. I saw a couple of bugs in the room. The dog potty area was not picked up. The service was not friendly. We went for the free breakfast at 7:00 AM and were told “it will be awhile “. Do not recommend!
