I'm so disgusted The room that I was in the TV was broken literally shattered no curtains to the window no batteries in the remote control roaches everywhere and it stink went down and told the front desk after I checked in at 10:00 something maintenance was supposed to come and fix the TV or put a new TV in never showed up told me that I need to go down to laundry get a curtain and put it up I want my money

Hotel was very dirty and smelt like cigarette smoke. The walls in the hallways were filthy. The smell of smoke was so overbearing. Do not recommend.

Everything about this hotel was trashed. Every floor had trash on it. Elevator had trash in it. Hotel looks like it has never been vacuumed. They have outside chairs as your inside desk chairs. Paint falling out the chair and rust all over the bathroom. Roaches and all sorts of other bugs. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. That’s all about the looks. Let’s not get started on the people shacked up in the parking lot and sitting in their cars for hours at a time. The drugs being done in the parking lot along with other crimes is worse than the way it looks. The pictures on this website do not even match the hotel with how dirty it looks.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

When I first arrived, there was a gentleman who said he’d been waiting, but nobody was at the front desk. We waited over an hour to be helped. There were other guests who saw us waiting, & kept knocking on the door across from the desk, finally a man emerged, who you could clearly tell had been asleep! When it was finally my turn, I got my room key. I got up to the room, the air didn’t work, there was only a sheet on the bed, & there was no chair to sit at the table (for meals). I went back to the lobby (nowhere to sit there, either!), I asked for a blanket, told him the air didn’t work, & that I needed a chair. He kept apologizing for the delay in service, & said he’d get me taken care of. NOTHING!! My stay was Monday night-Friday morning. My air finally got fixed Thursday night. Never got the blanket, never got the chair. Should I tell you about the roaches?!?!? The place is filthy!! Garbage always full, vacuum stayed in the hallway (cord unwrapped & strung out in the hallway. Garbage in the elevator, in the hallway…I knew I should have taken pictures, but it was simply unbelievable!!! My funds are limited, so my choices were very limited. I’ve been house hunting since October & staying in Airbnb’s & affordable hotel rooms, but this was BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I’ve stayed in!!!

The room did not appear like in the photos. The bed was very thin and squeaky, and only 2 small pillows were offered. The tub did not appear to have been cleaned. The parking lot in front of the hotel was filled with at least 5 cars that were smashed up. There were people gathered outside the hotel, smoking weed and not staying on the property. I booked this hotel with the intention of walking to the stadium for a show, only about 20 mins walk. The front desk personal said he would not do that personally and that we should take a cab instead because the area around the hotel is dangerous. Our car was undamaged being parked overnight, so don't know what truth there is to this.
