5 stars all around. Every staff member was courteous. I had an issue with the computer chair and they replaced it very quickly. Room was very clean, hot breakfast is a nice bonus. Location is fantastic, countless dining options within 1 mile, including the excellent buffet across the street. 10/10 would stay here again.

Good clean hotel close to the Global Mall that we were visiting. Chilled Lime flavored water 24/7 was great to have. Coffee/tea was available 24 hours. Check-in and Check-out were both smooth. Breakfast was OK and could improve with some basic fruits like apple/bananas.

We made a reservation for 4 days, but the bed size too small my husband and my son slept there I slept my sister in-law housebut it doesn't cost money yet.they said We slept one night and canceled the next day. Great hotel

This was a great hotel for the price. Our check in guy Al was so nice and friendly. Some wear and tear, but overall good for a night's stay. If we were in this area again, would book again.

Room was located in the first floor close to reception and dining area which made it a bit noisy at times! Had some issues with the toilet not flushing our first day but the maintenance person (Gustavo), arrived fast and quickly fixed the problem! Overall room was great, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included even though was plenty it could have more variety! All hotel staff were very nice and helpful!
