At checkin- they gave away our double bed room. We booked because we had 4 people. This was at 2 am, they told us they were booked and the conference happening took priority over other 3rd party guest. They said they would give us a king with a sofa bed , but they had no king and sofa bed. They said they'd give a roll away for the night and we could move. This was at 2:00 am. There were 6-8 other guest complaining at this time saying they've waited hours for a roll away. The manager was not responsive , left his front desk staff to field all of the unhappy customers. He did not come out to apologize , or offer any type of compensation. The front desk ladies were trying their best to mitigate the situation without their leaders support.

I love this hotel. I stay here all the time but this time my room could use a little bit extra cleaning. The windows needed some wiping down. It was the bathtub and I think the shower curtains need to be changed.
