Staff was very helpful and friendly. Elevator to the Sky Train by the hotel didn't work so the valet made sure we knew where to go to get the other elevator to ride the Sky Train to the terminal. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I booked a king-size bed but was given two double beds instead. When I spoke to the front desk, they advised me there were no king beds available and mentioned that I had "reserved through a third party". Loved everything except where our room was at. It was the very last one (farthest one from elevator) and Im not able to walk long distances which made this difficult. I made this reservation 2 months ago and still got the the longest walk to elevator, it RSD beautiful hotel and comfy bed,
