Hermoso lugar, excelentes instalaciones y mucha naturaleza y áreas verdes. La alberca techada ya está temperada y es excelente! Sólo recomiendo más variedad de alimentos en el restaurante y ampliar el horario del mismo para poder aprovecharlo más tiempo. Todo excelente!

Es bonito lugar no tuve mucho tiempo de conocer . Al llegar al hotel no respetaron mi tipo de habitación y que solo había habitación de mayor categoría o me daban una de menor categoría ,me cobraron la habitación de mayor precio y no respetaron el pago con mis puntos de expedía , el agua caliente insuficiente,salía fría y la televisión en otra área incómoda por cierto

Excelente servio y atención. Instalaciones bonitas y limpias. Sugiero que la alberca Debería de estar climatiza, es uno de sus atracciones principales y el encanto y funcionamiento se pierde al estar sumamente fría y estar en lugar de frío (bosque) también siguiero q todas las habitaciones deberían de tener frigobar (en mi contratación decía q el cuarto si tenía y no, en realidad no había frigo) El frigo también puede ser de mucho ayuda para aprovechar todas las instalaciones que tienen dentro del lugar como Mesas al aire libre, áreas de pic nic. Es un gran lugar hermosa y con mucho espacio.

Muy buen sitio para descansar
el hotel en general muy bien, el perspnal muy atento y amable... solo un par de detalles. La alberca no estaba climatizada y en una de las habitaciones no servia la TV y una lamapara.
