Couldn’t make the trip due to Hurricane Helene. We knew there was no refund but was looking to re-schedule the stay. Contacted Expedia customer service, who really tried to help by trying to contact the Ecolodge, who just said to call back next day. Then, the Expedia representative was told to give my email and the manager would email me by noon the next day. I never heard from them again.
