The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, updated, spacious and comfortable. Our suite was equipped with mini fridge, microwave and dishes. The bed and couch were comfortable. The bathroom was huge and all necessities were provided. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped our large group with transportation arrangements and dining recommendations. The view of the Acropolis from their rooftop bar is spectacular especially at night. Highly recommend The Pinnacle!!!

Nice hotel in a convenient location to see sites and restaurants. Rooms are a little on the small side, but we are from the US so we are used to larger rooms

Great stay.
The hotel has an amazing staff, very helpful and going the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. Located in a good area with shopping and many restaurants. The room was large, newly refurbished and clean. The down side for us was no TV with news channel in English. Would recommend to a friend.

I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. I feel this is more of a 3.5 star hotel. There are no real amenities, no lobby, small bathroom, no real closet, small bed, and no curb appeal. On the other hand, the hotel staff were all very nice. They all wanted to help. The breakfast was very good. But I just say I expected more from this hotel after reading the reviews.

A central gem in the heart of Athens. Staff courtesy and friendliness was outstanding. A million dollar view from the rooftop! We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Athens and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The communication from the reception was outstanding even before we got there, helping us with arranging transfers. They were so helpful with anything we needed. We were very impressed with the foyer and Yota! She provided personalized service for directions, reservations with the best seat at the Grand Britagna. Our suite on the 6th floor had everything we needed. Fruit baskets and another basket of goodies. Spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the dinner on the rooftop had the best view of the acropolis you could ever imagine. I loved the decor, they offered many decorative items for purchase as well. The check out and reception by George was superb. They really care and provided such warm hospitality and service. We forgot our charger and converter we called and they immediately went to our room and retrieved them and placed them with our stored luggage.
