Outstanding overall!
This is my first trip to Athens. The location of this hotel is fantastic - after a day of figuring things out, I was able to walk to all the sights, squares and eateries easily. Panos explained the map well. The central market is just across the road along w shops and cafes, restaurants so really accessible. The breakfast setup may look compact but the spread is ample. Fresh and delicious. My flight arrived at an odd hour but Constantine was most helpful to assist to store my suitcases as well as gave me an area to sit and rest ( fully occupied so no room available) The rooftop is a bonus with a view. Highly recommended - it’s comfortable, safe and nicely designed.

Fatalistic location. Walkable to all the attractions, etc. The staff was over the top, excellent customer service. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the view from the roof top. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family wishing to visit Athens.

Beautiful property, cute rooms. Noisy because it’s situated on the square next a church. You hear church bells, traffic and talking on the sidewalk. I was one floor up from the lobby.

I came to Athens Greece for the first time to celebrate my Mom's 75th birthday! My Mom and I loved everything about our stay at The Pinnacle hotel. The entire staff was super friendly and very attentive. Whatever question or concern I had was handled immediately or as soon as possible. The breakfast buffet was complimentary and delicious and the friendly staff made it a great way to start our day everyday. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was also delicious and the evening restaurant staff was friendly as well. The view of the Acropolis from the restaurant rooftop in the evening was gorgeous - that is a million dollar view and one of the reasons why we chose to stay at The Pinnacle. The hotel itself is a very cute and quaint boutique-style hotel and is conveniently central to everything. Our room was very clean when we first arrived and was kept very clean everyday during our stay. Check-in time is usually 3pm, but the manager was very kind to make sure our room was ready when we arrived early at 1pm which we were appreciative for after a 10 hour non-stop flight from NY. The hotel concierge provided sightseeing suggestions and excellent directions to the metro, local restaurants or anywhere else we wanted to go. The hotel concierge also arranged car transportation to and from the airport, which was very convenient for my Mom and I and was one less thing we had to worry about. We loved our stay at The Pinnacle and plan to come back in June with our niece!
