Check in was fine , no frills easy. Room was ready and as requested. Found a dirty washcloth hanging from shower curtain and other towels were dinging, so cleanliness was questionable. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy, definitely needed replacement. Fine stay for one person , single night and less than 12 hours in the room

Beautiful property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy & finding the building was easy. The patio area was very homey & quiet. Love the decor. Plenty of seats. Rooms are spacious & feel large & clean. The cons are that the blinds are pretty but very inconvenient once the sun starts to come up. Light blocking would be a better option for a hotel. So people can actually rest. Also, possibly a bit better soundproofing from hallway noise? The doors are incredibly loud & heavy when opening & closing. I didn't hear so many people, but doors opened and closed over & over. In the restrooms, the design is very cute. But unfortunately, it's not very accommodating. A small shelf or stand would be a nice touch. There's nowhere to sit your belongings or put your clothing for after a shower. I put a few things on the back of the toilet. Unfortunately , there's no toilet lid? It's a bit confusing & very inconvenient. I can say I really didn't want to try to retrieve my belongings from toilet water. But I did. Last issue. Maybe do weighted shower curtains. No one likes a shower curtain sticking to them the entire time they try to bathe. It's gross. Also if you offer a spa & bar in your hotel. You should probably offer them & actually have them open. I wasn't the only customer questioning that. To be told go to the gas station for beer? Guess I expected a bit more?

This is our 2nd stay here. I love the affordability, the view and the quietness. I also like that it’s run by the college students. Could use a little paint in some of the rooms as well as a better breakfast (maybe the culinary students should join in). the beds are also a little worn and might need new mattresses and the tv stations don’t give a lot of options. But, if you are looking for a place to lay your head and/or disconnect, this is perfect.

It was alright. Doors are loud. Room was nice. Breakfast nice to have, but pretty limited. Farther from park than I thought—about 25 minutes. The town does not offer much & is pretty depressed

Check in was a bit problematic. We weren’t given the room we booked (queen bed 1st floor) we were given 2 beds 2nd floor w no elevator and we weren’t charged the price we were quoted $30 more. Place was nice and we enjoyed our stay other than that.

The bar was closed the entire stay. The spa was closed the entire stay It was the only 2 things to even consider staying there!!! The room was nice and it was a nice area and patio to hang out.

The room was not cramped and had 2 large upholstered chairs. It was clean and quiet. The only thing that was less than impressive was the breakfast. Waffles were the only hot option. I did find enough to eat and most everything was in individual packaging so that was nice.

Upon checking in, we were told that we would be in our room for one night and have to switch the next morning. This is never happened to me before. And had I known that prior to making the reservation and paying I would not of stayed there.
