The rooms were beautiful. It's very plain on the outside hard to find the driveway. The indoor pool was not open and that was one of the soul reasons we picked this location.
Booked 2 rooms. Floors were filthy. My husband’s feet bottoms were black after he walked from shower to bed. Both rooms floors same condition. I wiped water spatter from vanity area with a tissue. Black dirty on tissue. I was offered by front desk to move to 2 other rooms but I doubted they were in any better condition. I asked housekeeper to be sent to mop the floors & vanities. A fellow came with a spray bottle and a little Swiffer type mop and went over floor. It was still dirty. We had to wear our socks to keep our feet clean.The entry off busy highway was narrow with only 1 way in and out. The area around hotel was unkept. No elevator. My daughter in second room across the hall & I were both awakened in the night with verbal fighting from a nearby room. Hotel not responsible for that. Hotel manager refused to give any partial refund. I suggest Expedia not list this property any more.
The hotel was ok if you just want to rest. The front was polite at times and unprofesssional when it came to Door Dash and checking out. No elevator at this location and no receipt for my stay.
Wanted an inexpensive hotel with inside doors. Room was clean. Had to walk up stairs. Seemed like limited parking. Breakfast was a choice of one of two muffins, cereal (2 options) or 5 pieces of bread. Waffle mix was out, no bagels, no yogurt. Manager on duty was “doing the best she could”. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, but I would stay there again, just not count on food.
I did not stay at this hotel: Quality Inn Jefferson at I-85. A travel assistant at Expedia booked the hotel for me on Oct 3 2024, then he called the hotel and someone told him the hotel was overbooked. I asked the Expedia man agent to cancel the reservation. He said he did cancel it. He transferred me to another agent who dropped my call. I asked about 5-6 times the agents to cancel this hotel and book another one. A third Expedia agent also called this hotel and she was told this Jefferson hotel had rooms. I asked her to check if it was close to Augusta GA. Then this third Expedia agent asked the hotel how far it was from Augusta GA and the clerk said it was five hours away. I told the third Expedia agent to cancel the hotel, give me a refund, and book another hotel. The agent booked another hotel for the same night, but did not cancel the Jefferson hotel. On Oct 5 2024 when I finally had internet connection, I saw that the hotel was still booked. A fourth Expedia agent talked to the hotel and asked for a refund but was told to wait another day for the manager to come in. The story is still going on. I lost 5 hours on the phone, I am very disappointed with Expedia.
Walked in to dead and a couple live roaches. Probably due to the door warped and came open a random times (2 am) had to slam it to shut it. The beds were comfortable. This was on the backside of the hotel..
There's renovations going on however, it was still nice hotel to stay at. The bed was very comfortable, clean and smells good. They provide breakfast. Check-in was easy and the staff was nice. There's a good Mexican restaurant and waffle house walking distance.
