The view was amazing. Roof top bar with a view of the Acropolis….just wow! Staff was amazing and super clean. 3 min walk to the Acropolis Museum and great restaurants. Free breakfast buffet from the roof top was a plus too. Would definitely recommend.

loved that they put 4 of everything for us. The details were amazing, the pulled out couch all ready set up, the wine and snacks. The luggage also being brought around for us so we didn’t have to carry anything up stairs. The balcony and rooftop bar were beautiful. Can’t say enough good things!

I am going to provide a practical review for Niche Hotel, which was awesome in every way. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with, from booking taxis to providing suggestions for dining and shopping. Helpful hint: if you are staying there in connection with a cruise, have the hotel book your taxi to/from the port/airport as they get a flat rate and many taxi drivers will try to rip you off (we hailed a cab at the port, and the driver charged us more than 2X the going rate to get to the hotel). The hotel’s housekeeping staff is definitely on the ball as the hotel (lobby, restaurant and rooms) was spotless and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices in a beautiful rooftop setting with a great view of the Acropolis. The bed was very comfortable (queen sized) and we were offered a choice of different types of pillows. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk to the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis and the Plaka, in addition to other historical sites and restaurants. Most of all, it had amazing air conditioning that not only worked well, but allowed each room to fully control the temperature. We were there in early August when it was extremely hot, yet the A/C worked perfectly. This is such a treat in Europe as many hotels there limit the A/C temperature and don’t allow guests full control over the A/C in the rooms. We absolutely loved staying at the Niche.
