The staff were very welcoming on arrival, giving us some cold water. Check in was easy and they were very helpful, giving us a map of the area and booking a free transfer to the port for us. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There was a fridge which was great. This was our third visit, would definitely visit again.

Renovated hotel property in convenient location. We were able to find parking on the street on Sunday evening as the paid parking lot nearby was closed. Everything went well with check-in. The entire staff was excellent and accommodating to our needs. The bathroom layout in our room was a bit unusual with the toilet in a small space in front of the shower so if you had long legs, you had to basically use the toilet from the side. Although the shower was new and had doors, the water still leaked out all over the floor of the bathroom, but that seems to be common in Greece. There was a small kitchenette in our room, but there was nothing to cook with nor any plates, utensils, etc. Overall, the convenient location and modern hotel suited our needs.

The staff were very nice and helpful. There was no outside area like listed. There are 2 sides to the hotel. We were in the hotel with no outside facilities as work was still in progress. We were told we could go over the road to the other part of th hotel to us theirs. Not ideal!!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great view from the balcony on our last day which was a great send off also very close to the port and train which made transportation very easy. Would definitely like to come back.

Gallery Suites & Residences in Piraeus is in a perfect spot for boarding a ship. There are numerous cafés and bistros in the area and it is just a minutes walk to the convenient Metro to Athens. The property itself is modern and clean with a very helpful and friendly staff. However, our shower leaked through the floor tiles to the main bathroom, the single towel ring was practically falling off the wall, and the shower head would not stay on place. The bath towels are very worn and could be refreshed. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and there is very generous storage space. It would be nice if the rooms were supplied with tissue (not only toilet tissue).

While the room was very clean, the window had been left open and there is a mosquito problem at the port of Pireaus. They chewed me up as I lay their trying to swat them away, ultimately affecting my sleep.

The rooms are not well soundproofed; you can hear everything happening in the corridors, and there was a singer playing music outside somewhere every evening, which could be heard very clearly from the room, requiring us to close the window. Additionally, there is a drain in the bathroom that has a really unpleasant smell.
