Exceptional location with an Amazing view of the Acropolis! Couldn’t ask for anything more! The apartment is very clean, it has two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a fantastic wrap around balcony! Would definitely stay here again!!!

I loved the apartment and attentiveness of the staff. They were in constant communication before and during the stay. It was disappointing that because of the strike, they were not willing to adjust our stay as the next hotel was able to do. We have the ferry companies cancellation but no consideration was given.

It’s a beautiful place. Unfortunately there are no staff on site so baggage storage is not an option. For a high end luxury place you might expect some level of hospitality service. Otherwise amazing.

Jenny quoted 2 different prices for transportation from cruise port for two different couples for same service. Bedroom ac did not work. Communication with “concierge” (Jenny) was very slow and not dependable. Pictures on web site are misleading. The outdoor patio only for the penthouse. Otherwise was very clean and convenient to shopping and dining.

This was in an excellent location in Plaka, Athens. Really in the center of it all! The apartment was clean and had a nice view. The parking was a bit of a nightmare. It is important to note that most the parking lots nearby will not allow overnight parking, so after several attempts we were able to convince one lot to keep our car overnight (of course with a price). My only other suggestion would be to add more hooks for towels near the restrooms. Nevertheless, it was clean, modern, and in a great location. We had a great time!

The unit was just as we had expected based on the pictures. What stood out the most was the wonderful staff and housekeeping. They were extremely responsive and came in to clean and restock coffee daily. They also made up 2 twin beds for our kids in the living room before we arrived, to the delight of our kids. It was a very comfortable stay and right in the heart of Plaka so very easy to walk everywhere.

Stayed at the “presidential” apartment. Pros: Great location, quiet, amazing terrace with a view of the Acropolis. Cons: the apartment is tired and needs updating, including fixing electrical issues. The air conditioning worked poorly during our stay and stopped working completely on our last day. It was so hot we couldn’t sleep. We had to call twice to reset the circuit breakers when the entire apartment lost power. Once the FOS management addresses these issues, it will be a nice place to stay, but our experience was disappointing.

This was a wonderful apartment with a separate master bedroom and bathroom. Our apartment had two bathrooms which was very helpful. The area is right near the Acropolis and all the sightseeing in this area. We had a wonderful time.

Communication was great even though there wasn’t a person stationed at the desk. Location was extremely on point for visiting the venues we chose. And, shuttle service was arranged easily with a scheduled times.

We arrived before check in time and asked if we could check in early and were accommodated. The management team always responded quickly. One day i accidentally left the key card in the room and when i messaged them they were extremely prompt in getting us back into the apartment. Fos Residential was fantastic! The owners answered very quickly and were very accommodating. We ended up with an Acropolis view and a huge, VERY air conditioned apartment (super rare for good AC in Europe coming from the states!). Would recommend Fos to anyone.

We stayed two separate times at Fos Residential apartments. Overall, it has an AMAZING location and spacious rooms! We really loved the Superior Apartment during our first stay. Check-in was amazing and everything went very smoothly! On our second stay, we were in a standard room, our sink was leaking, and we received no updates about check-in. Luckily, we found a housekeeper as we were wandering the apartments and she helped us out. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the lack of communication and broken sink during our second stay impacted their score. We would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!
