Nice but not special

We ordered a standard room, receive totally different room from the pictures. After talking with front desk we understood that we got accessible room which was the only one available. The room was not comfort for us, very noisy and couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was not comfort and or inviting to use. On the second night the hotel changed our room to the same type we ordered and it was much better but for 3 nights gateways we had left with bad taste. For the price we paid, we could found better hotel or place to stay.

Excellent location but very noisy at night

A hotel in an excellent location and a very helpful staff, but there was a terrible noise at night, probably from the Sm Tavern or street singers from across the street that are heard inside the room and really interfere with the application even when the windows are closed

Great staying

Me and my 18 years daughter spent 5 nights at the Elia Ermou hotel. At our arrival we met a very friendly staff at the desk as well as the house keeping. The hotel is at a great location and the room is modern and the mini bar is free of charge.

Excellent location for shopping and eating. Property staff is very nice and helpful. The view are amazing. The restaurants on property were pretty good. We never made it to breakfast but we had a great time shopping and dining in walking distance.

The BEST hotel in Athens.

What a fabulous hotel!! It is perfectly located in a charming area with restaurants, bars, sights, shopping all within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and we had a wonderful dinner with a full on spectacular view of the Acropolis all lit up. Our room had the same view with a lovely patio. We kept the curtain open all night long to have that wonderful view. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again. It made our trip to Athens so special.

Wonderful hotel

It is my first visit to Athens, and we had a great time at the Elia. The crew was amazing, and gave us everything we needed and asked for. The breakfast is wonderful and rich. I never before had a breakfast with a view to the Acropolis.

Lovely hotel with spectacular views from its roof bar and restaurant. Very centrally situated with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Only downside for us is that we were put in a room intended for wheelchair users (we are not) and the strange wet room arrangement seemed to flood the entire bathroom with water, which then ran out the door into the bedroom, whenever we used the shower. So our tip is don’t get room 313! Otherwise you’ll enjoy your stay.
