It was fine. Nothing special. Pretty standard motel if you stay in the outside rooms. Pool doesn’t work/is closed. Weight room is messy and unkept. Breakfast was meh. At least could make a waffle. It’s not worth the price. Probably more like a $60-70 motel but certainly no major flaws or grossness or anything like that.

Bring disinfectant spray or wipes

At check in, no one was at desk. Had to wait under 5 minutes. No info given on breakfast or parking, although there is a laminated info sheet in the room. After 1st night of 2 night stay, key didn’t work. Had to waste 15 minutes walking to office and asking them to fix the keys. Window and shower curtains had oil or grease stains. Bed was comfy. Shower worked. Sink drain was clogged and would fill sink after one hand wash. See picture…Light switch works and gave us all a good laugh, but this is the quality workmanship you’ll find in this Best Western MOTEL.

There are two sections of this note, a 5-7 story tower and a two story motel like rooms separated from the tower, where you park in from them. Without prior info we were taken to the Motel section which had issues with heater, etc. Breakfast was lower grade place.

Great Stay

The room was comfortable and clean. The bedding was good quality stuff. Housekeeping should be much more thorough. Someone left their sweatpants in a corner near the window. Hotel was off E Broad Street where everything is: entertainment and food.

Room Cleanliness leaves much to be desired!

The room was not clean , stains in bed sheets and pillow cases. The breakfast lounge is very decent and the food is good as well. Overall it was not so good experience!

Sheets were stained. Multiple calls with front desk over two days and finally got moved to another room with a broken refrigerator. Breakfast was horrible with very little selection. They even ran out of juice and coffee cups. Three night stay and given a $60 voucher to return. Not very good customer service in my opinion.

The bed linen was soiled and I had to go to front desk because phone in room did not work. First to ask for new sheets and seconds to get the right size sheets. The pillow cases and sheets were dirty. The bed spread was stained also.
