We like the staffs, they are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and have various choices, and is included. The location is near everything, steps to the Acropolis Hill, museum, olympic stadium, parks, restaurants and cafe nearby. You just walk 5 minutes into the Plaka shops area. Our room is on the quiet side so you could sleep very well. Room and bed are clean, with small refrigerator, provide spring water on the hallway. We like the entrance hall area, lots of sofas you could sit there and drink soft cherry juice which is free! Specially you just finished visiting the Acropolis Museum and Hill, the long walking makes you feel tired. We are three in one room is ok although it is a bit small and the carpet is old. The patio door slides not smooth you have to pull or push hard to make it work. Overall it is good place to stay. I recommend it.

Nice location , room not renovated but was clean , it’s just I do not like carpet in the room but just to sleep was a very good , breakfast was amazing , I super recommend!

This hotel is amazing! Location is perfect, the room was amazing and general facilities were great. My one only thing for me would be with breakfast would be to add hot chocolate and sauces like tomato sauce. I understand it's a Mediterranean breakfast so I also understand why it might not be included. Apart from that this is a perfect hotel for Athens.

This hotel is in a great location - just steps to the Plaka area with lots of food choices and shopping. Also about a block from a metro station. The hotel bar and lobby are very pretty but the rooms are very dated and could use some updates. Everything was very clean though! Breakfast was very nice and offered lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again!!

Front desk service was outstanding. Our room had a view to die for but the bathroom had hair all over the floor. The second day of our stay the room was not serviced and it was necessary to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper. The following day the room was serviced but staff failed to supply toilet paper. The breakfast was very good. The hotel needs a lot of updating.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and always found it very satisfactory. The location is great, the staff kind and courteous and the houskeeping friendly and efficient. However on this occasion there were a few things about the room which could have been better. The tiling in the bathroom had a lot of dirty marks and needed renewing. The balcony was covered in water and couldn't be used. Just to stand on it would mean your feet would get wet. The queen bed I requested was not provided. Overall my stay was good but these defects detracted slightly from my enjoyment.
