First of all, Assisi is a beautiful and peaceful town. Be prepared to walk up and down many hills. We came to visit soon to be Saint Carlo Acutis, and were so happy to find such a beautiful place. The Giotto is very nice with a lovely breakfast available. A restaurant on premises for dinner. There is a wonderful terrace to sit with a drink and admire the amazing view. It's a short walk, though uphill, to the town centro where there a restaurants and cafes and a lovely old Roman building which was transformed into a church. The staff was very accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience.

It was a wonderful time. The view is great and the balcony room was well worth it. The staff was wonderful. There are some stairs to get to it but they have lift options

Hotel has breathtaking views; continental breakfast is huge and complimentary drink in the evening at arrival was a nice surprise. Staff is attentive to all your needs. 10-minute walk to the main plaza and restaurants but very close to San Francisco Basilica. We loved Assisi Italy and hope to return to this hotel again.
