Nice and comfortable.
The room was very cute, clean and the service was great. The bed was excellent very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. There is nothing really around for food but the nearest town is only 20 mins away and it was not a big deal. Thank you for a great stay.

The property is well maintained and very modest. Good value for the money, but it is not located close to sightseeing attractions. There is a beach and very nice St Paul’s church on the walking distance which is apparently the first church in Ontario. Staff is friendly. The only thing is that attractions are elsewhere on the island as this part of the island is slowly dying,

After hours driving on the road, sitting outside of our room drinking a cold beer, chatting with the owner and fellow travelers, breathing in the beautiful Manitoulin Island air were all that we wanted and My Friends Inn gave us just that.

No ice machine or ice in general to have a drink ! If anything ice is a fundamental necessity ! Forget the tv and the rest of it ! Nice to have a coffee machine and microwave because restaurants were non existent close to the motel! But ice is very important to us !

This was our first time on Manitoulin Island. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the host was lovely! What a beautiful island. We took the opportunity to explore many different areas (the Bridal Veil Falls are beautiful) with the time we had available until our ferry ride to Tobermory left in the afternoon. Overall, Manitoulin Island was a wonderful find!
