Everything was good except for the heavy cigarette
We arrived in the area early Thanksgiving morning, and the front desk graciously allowed us an early check-in at 11:30 am. Everything was good except for the heavy cigarette smell in room 257. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to cover my face with the sheet due to the smell. Non-smokers do not want to be subjected to the stench of cigarette smoke. My suitcase is now outside airing out and the smokey clothes in the wash.

Staff was nice enough, unfortunately the room I was assigned had dirty bedding and room itself had a very strong dog odor, I believe it was coming from the drapes and carpet. I was told they had no other rooms available so they couldn't switch me somewhere else. I did see a number of dogs on leashes from other guests so it's common to have dogs in some of the rooms. I will not book that hotel again.

Stayed for two nights. German cockroaches crawling all around our room. Probably killed 20 in the two nights we stayed there. Due to the bugs we were in the room as little as possible. Very hard to sleep when worried about roaches crawling all over you. Won’t be back.

The room smelled musky. Then the people next door started fighting, keeping us up at night. The cops showed up twice but they kept fighting. Finally we packed up and found a different hotel.

Friendly front desk staff. Comfortable bed. Saw a few small bugs in the room but not a major infestation. It must be hard to stay free of them due to being in a wooded area. The trees next to property were gorgeous.
