Loved the hotel but disappointed in the room I was given. I specifically asked for a quiet room and the guy at the desk assured me he was giving me a very special room. It was right next to the elevator and it was on the same floor where 20-25 people having a family reunion were staying! Noisy!!!

I very highly recommend the kimpton for your stay in Asheville. The location is perfect for walking to all the breweries. The staff are incredible so friendly and helpful with any suggestions or meeting your needs. The room is so comfortable. Honestly nothing but amazing things to say. Will be staying there again our next trip to Asheville!

Beautiful and windy March weekend in Asheville

When it comes to hotels, I have never had a less-than-stellar experience at a Kimpton. This is our third stay at Asheville's Kimpton Arras, and -- as usual -- it did not disappoint. It's location is precisely the center of downtown, making it an ideal place to stay in the city, and the valet service is second-to-none, always quickly and kindly taking care of any vehicle retrieval that is needed. The room is lovely, and it was probably the most affordable one in the building. You can't go wrong, with any room you book, at the Kimpton. We'll be back!
