A one star motel.

The bed was comfortable, the carpet was grungy. The breakfast was very limited. They has packaged grits, i asked for oatmeal, the staff seemed confused as if they didn't know the difference.

I travel a lot and sleep in a lot of different beds, absolutely the best bed I've ever slept in in a hotel. Rooms look like they had been recently renovated, staff was very nice and very polite.

Roof replacement, bugs, motel

The building was getting a new roof when I arrived. The room door needs weather stripping as I could see light around the door while it was closed. Probably no surprise when I found two bugs crawling around later that night. It was distracting to try and work during the day while the roofers were there, the rate should've been greatly reduced during this time. The pool was closed.

Motel not hotel

We arrived at 7pm and was told our room was ready. It wasn't cleaned and we were given another room. That room had stains on the floor, the walls, and the power strip was overloaded. Be advised this is a motel with outside doors and lots of foot traffic.
