Clean hotel! Smelled good when we walked in and the room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and clean! Only bad thing about this hotel is the parking is very tight so if you have a big vehicle, good luck!

When I arrived, I asked when the pool was open and was informed the pool and jacuzzi were closed; that information was not provided anywhere. I canceled the hotel I was initially at so my family could access a pool. Second, the walls are so thin that I thought our neighbors were in our room; you could here their whole conversations. The worst part was that the toilet above us kept flushing every 10 minutes, and it was so loud in our room. The only thing this hotel had going for it was the entryway; they had it beautifully decorated. I would not stay here again.

Our room was very clean. The hotel was nice and newly remodeled. But, the amenities were not that great. The pool was not working. The wifi was spotty and the TV had no guide or input button. My boys were unable to connect their console, like they are used to at other hotels. During breakfast, the breakfast manager was shutting things down before time and our maid service was impatiently knocking on our door before checkout time, to find out how quickly we were exiting our room. I find this unacceptable. Overall the hotel was very nice and well kept, but was lacking in social manners.

That a good resting hotel
We only stay here for one night but we have a clean room and a comfortable bed to have a good rest after 14hours driving from New York. The counter staff give me a warm welcome and quick check in.

This hotel was pretty rude to me and my family. No transparency and lack of communication. We were not informed that the pool and hot tub was down until a couple hours later. I could've asked and i guess thats my fault. I asked for a late check out but then was told to "Get out!" At 1130am by phone call. Not paraphrasing at all. Then hung up on us repeatedly when we called the front desk. There's a methadone clinic and homeless next door, so the ambiance is great! Ive stayed here multiple times and necer dealt with this type of experience before. Expedia didnt do much to rectify the situation either. Will not stay here and considering using another traveling app in the future.

Hotels booked this only a few days after Hurricane Selene. My family and I had a flight out of the airport and drove 3 hours that night only to find the hotel closed. Drove another 8 hrs looking for another hotel at midnight. Ended up sleeping at the airport. Still waiting for a refund.

Amenities are gone—no pool, hot tub, breakfast. Understandable, but this should have been communicated on website and at booking. It was not. Yet price is the same. And no drinking water. And they didn’t provide bottled water!! Terrible from the company.
