Two Night Stay

We had a two night stay for a cheer competition nearby. Hotel clean and comfortable. Employees always friendly and helpful. Pool was out of order but we were given a pass for the one across the road. Breakfast was on par for the usual, the breakfast area was very cramped. There were multiple homeless people around the entrance to the property. Everytime we entered or left. There is a homeless shelter nearby. No issues directly but it may be unsettling for some.

Easy and quick check-in and checkout. Near highway exit, close to downtown, close to shopping mall, and very close to other convenient locations. The room was clean, towels were soft, the tub did not have any mold, the mattress although too soft for me, was not in bad shape, and there was daily breakfast (although I did not taste it). I stayed for 4 nights - one through direct reservation, 3 through Expedia. They also have a 24 hours gym and other amenities. Will definitely be back.

Overall it was nice. I just wish they would have updated their website, about the pool!!! You show up with a group of kids only for them to be disappointed the pool was shut down!!!!

Overall I could not be happier but our comp cheer team stayed there for the extra amenities of the pool and free breakfast! While the pool was decent the pool was closed and not disclosed upon checking in! Once I had brung this to the front desk they did provide us with a pool voucher to the hotel across the road! A bit inconvenient but all and all it was a super nice hotel!

Upon entering my room I was greeted by a giant water bug. The area around the hotel would have been ok except for the drug rehab next door. The pool and hot tub was also unavailable.
