Great location as it is 5 minutes drive from the Biltmore and to downtown Asheville, NC. Tasty breakfast with good food options. Comfy bed and decent parking.

The bathroom was large for people with wheelchairs the tub was large but a walk in shower would have been easier to use. There was no storage space in the bathroom and only a small area to hang clothing, no drawers. This was obviously an old motel that they are trying to freshen up. The breakfast buffet was small but well attended.

Location has convenient access to Biltmore Estate & local interests. Parking lot access can be tricky with limited parking spaces. Room linens & bathroom are clean & tidy. Doorway to room did not allow door to completely open, possibly due to age of building. Should consider updating maintenance for safety. Breakfast was a basic continental cuisine. Welcome staff were friendly & efficient.

It must be hard hiring these days, or at least hiring the right individuals to represent your business. At check-in there should be someone that actually wants to be there, and enjoys their job. The property itself is not a very safe place to be for a family. People were loitering in the parking lot, and outside of my room all night long. I looked out several times just to make sure that they were not breaking into my car, and their all acted like they were up to not good. There were a lot of cars driving in to speak to the crowd of people, and then they would leave. Seemed very suspicious to me. The shower was full of long black hairs. There were so many that it's hard to believe that they missed them when cleaning the room before I arrived. I wore white socks while in the room at all times. Did this hotel catch on fire in the past? Why are my socks completely black now after walking on the carpet in the room. Gross!

Because this location was recently renovated, it made it quite a bargain. I didn't like the doors being accessible from the outside like a motel. I did not see this from the pictures posted on the app. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The room and linen were very clean and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. Single ply toilet paper though so bring your own. There was an actual nice bed and not just a wooden box frame with a mattress. Continental breakfast was average but I wasn't disappointed
