Great location!

We stay here a few times a year when we’re in the area overnight. Not a fancy place or anything, but a very nice middle of the road accommodation. The place is always clean, the service is excellent, the breakfast is good, and they are very proactive if there are any issues.

Staff was wonderful and customer service was excellent. Housekeeping staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Biltmore village was still being restored following Hurricane Helene, sad to see. However, there will be more stops and restaurants closer than downtown when restoration is complete. Downtown was very convenient and only 10 minutes away. Loved our stay at Baymont and would stay here again in the future.

It was very clean and you could smell the cleanliness of the facility as soon as you walked into the Hotel. Bed was very comfortable!! Hot tub and pool area was clean and amenities was a perfect! Breakfast was even still hot and plenty of when I walked down @8:00 (ends @ 9)

Wow! Everything was great!

Such a great value at this hotel. The breakfast spread is the best I’ve ever seen at this star level. They had bacon, eggs, sausage links, waffles, pancakes, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and snacks that I’m sure most take for the road. Staff was very friendly. Easy ride to the Cherokee Center for some concerts we attended. Will be our go-to place anytime we come back!
