I didn't like the reception the way she was answering my question. She should be polite when talking to the guest. I asked for a receipt and she was not aware of expedia customer care number, that's ok not to know the number but she was rude while answering the question. My suggestion is to have the customer care number of all the website from where you get the bookings. Else the hotel was amazing. I love it. Coming again.

I never received my depositi back so I won't be going back. I travel alot and would had I got it back or an explanation as to why I didn't. I did like the place but it's farther and takes longer than I realized to get to most areas I needed to go. I liked the breakfast options and that they have dining just a few steps away. The location was a lil annoying but Ubers come quickly when I decided not to drive. Takes at least thirty mins or longer to get to most places...

I gave you 5 stars because the staff is the best and the hotel is amazingly especially the Jacuzzi & jetted bathtub. I just think its not right to charge your customers for parking. Include it in the price if need be but paying a separate price is tacky if Im staying there i shouldn't have to pay a Dailey parking rate.
