They must use solar panels....
Check in was good, efficient receptionist. Got into the room and it was 29 degrees with heater on full blast! Had to sleep worh window open all night. Bed was reasonable although pillows werent up to much. All in all it served the purpose of sonewhere to get a sleep

On the Loch
A great location and great staff, breakfast was amazing and choice of food excellent, did not have evening meal there a little expensive (went to the pub in village with much more appealing prices) staff were fantastic, room not great (single) bed uncomfortable and the hotel is very "dated" in decor, needs a complete refurb, location is beautiful!

Sleeping times decided in advance by property
Stayed here for a night as part of a weekend break from the city, attracted by the property's promise of 'an idyllic tranquil hideaway to relax and unwind'. Was then kept awake until after 11pm by over two hours of live music coming from the hotel bar. The music was so loud that I could hear every word of every song, (despite my room being on the 2nd floor), making sleep impossible. Emailed to complain after my stay and in response I was told by the hotel manager that 'I do not think that music finishing between 10:30pm and 11:00pm is unreasonable'. When booking, please be aware that this property has already decided what time you will be allowed to go to sleep at. Nice views.

Queue at check inn. Bar not open on arrival. Food expensive. Left hotel for food and a drink. They are missing out on business here. Room was basic but clean. Cable and ripped carpet in bedroom. Only one set of towels. Barman was good when he was there which was after 5. Views and location stunning.

Arrochar Hotel, definitely recommended.
The Arrochar Hotel is delightful. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a homely feel. I was surprised that several residents had dogs with them, so it's a dog friendly hotel. The lounge and bar area is cosy. One can choose to eat dinner in the lounge area near the bar, or in the dining room. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view over the lake. We really enjoyed our stay.

The arachor hotel was lovely beutifull views great food and service all staff were friendly even the entertainment was great rooms were lovely and clean and had everything in the room you beeded would deffinatley recommend there for a stay

Lovely older style Hotel accommodation with charm and character. We enjoyed the clean comfortable rooms and your Restaurant service was excellent. However the front access to your Hotel is disappointing with a plethora of discarded cigarette butts littering the access.
