É um hotel novo, 1 ano, aproximadamente. Estão com alguns problemas de reeservas. Assim como nós, presenciei outros passageiros cujas reservas não estavam sendo localizadas bo sistema do hotel, mas a equipe de recepção, já ciente do problema, resolveu tudo da melhor forma possível. O hotel é próximo à Praia dos Anjos e uma praça com diversas opções de restautantes e food truck. Gostei!

Bem ruinzinho.
Recepção sem lugar para o hóspede sentar, estacionamento distante, se negaram a emprestar um prato de sobremesa, armário sem cabides, janela do quarto virada para o corredor, lixeira com pedal quebrado, o box deixava a água vazar para o chão, os atendentes só repoem os itens do café da manhã quando se pede.

O hotel é muito bom. Café da manhã EXCELENTE. Bem localizada, perto das praias. PRAIA DO FORNO É UM ESPETÁCULO e dá pra ir andando, vários comércios, restaurantes, etc. Tudo perto. Só uma coisa que eu não gostei:Entrei na terça-feira (14/01/2025 ) e saí na sexta-feira ( 17/01/2025) não trocaram as toalhas nenhuma vez.

Primeiramente, nosso quarto não tinha porta no banheiro ! O hotel é moderno porém parece que era uma casa grande e transformaram em muitos quartos juntos. Os quartos são muito grudados e é possível ouvir até o quarto ao lado ligando e desligando o ar condicionado, assim como passos pelo corredor. O quarto em que eu fiquei era ao lado da escada, então sempre que alguém subia ou descia nós ouvíamos e acordávamos. Apesar do quarto ser no primeiro andar e o restaurante no segundo, é impossível dormir depois das 8:00 horas, porque começa o café e o barulho de pratos e vozes parece que está dentro do quarto, o café inclusive que é servido até às 10:00 e cheguei para tomar 8:40 e não tinha mais nada e não houve reposição sendo orientado para chegar mais cedo no dia seguinte (?) . Alguma coisa também estava vazando, deixando o banheiro encharcado, a descarga tinha um funcionamento muito inconstante. De positivo, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar, excelentes. A cama é muito confortável, a localização é muito boa e a hidro no quarto é um diferencial, uma das poucas da região que tem. A estadia não foi ruim, porém com mais pontos negativos do que positivos. A questão de não ter porta no banheiro, a proximidade dos quartos e a facilidade que o som tinha para entrar no quarto (talvez pela espessura da parede) foram bem incômodos.

O hotel aparentemente é novo, inclusive ainda estao pintando algumas paredes. Tem uma piscina e um hidromassagem com agua quente, mas essa ultima nao funcionou com a gente, mesmo ficando 1 hora e meia ligada. O cafe da manha e bem simples, somente pao, bolo e poucas frutas, tem ovos, mas é preciso pedir. O atendimento da recepcao é bom, a gerente é bem simpatica e prestativa. A localização é muito boa, da para ir a pe para as praias e praca. No geral foi boa, mas ainda tem esses pontos que o hotel precisa melhorar, inclusive o sinal do Wi-fi, no nosso quarto quase na pegava e caia muito.
