I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

Quarto bom. Localização boa.

O estacionamento é só rotativo, algo que pesquisei muito, e que era muito importante ter o estacionamento fixo, e com isso para não perdemos a vaga a noite, saimos de uber que gerou muito desgaste. A roupa de cama não é boa, os travesseiros são murchos. Não voltou novamente.

Por sua localização o Hotel atendeu ao meu propósito de aguardar por uma viagem no dia seguinte. O espaço é limpo, tem recepção e restaurante 24 horas. O problema é o barulho, a noite toda tem gente chegando e saindo, arrastando malas e móveis, batendo portas e conversando.

HORRÍVEL! PIOR ESTADIA DE TODA MINHA VIDA
Foi simplesmente a PIOR estádia de toda minha vida. Hotel extremamente despreparado p receber hóspedes. Fechei 4 noites e só fiquei 2 pela falta de respeito! Primeiro apto q entrei um cheiro horrível de esgoto, ar condicionado q não funcionava, depois de mta insistência minha mãe trocaram, me colocando em outro q o ar condicionado estava vazando mta água, e qnd comuniquei a recepcionista, ela me disse p simplesmente desligar o ar pq n havia manutenção naquele horário. No outro dia, solicitei logo pela manhã qnd sai p trabalhar, e qnd voltei no início da noite, o ar estava da mesma forma. Sendo que qnd questionei a recepcionista me disse que havia consertado, e mais uma vez me pediu p desligar o ar condicionado, foi então que solicitei o reembolso e fui p outro mil vezes melhor! Se não quiser passar raiva, vendo o descaso que fazem com você nesse hotel, não reservem!
