The estate grounds and building facilities were beautiful, landscaping and gardens, gym and pool, the bar and bartender were great. Our room was quiet, clean and with two ergonomic adjustments the room would be 5 star. Another way to move rating to 5 star is improve coffee experience in the morning. The pod machine in our room didn’t work and there were long lineups for guests who paid 25 euro for breakfast buffet. Brewing a couple of pots of coffee (I would gladly pay if there was an option) would make guests happy in the morning. My partner purchased the breakfast buffet and he enjoyed the food; he heard some unhappy guests because they arrived at 10:30. The desk should tell guests that doors close at 10:00 am and all food is removed at 10:30 to avoid guest disappointment. So very easy for them to become 5 star by focusing on guest experience.
