Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Our room had a few things to be fixed though, the bathroom door didn't close properly, the shower knob was loose and there were some towels missing when we first checked in. The staff was very helpful and kind.

We stayed for 3 nights in a mountain view king room. Beware if you book a superior king you will most likely be looking on to a fire escape and ac units, we payed extra for the view. The room itself is well appointed with all the amenities you need. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are on the roof with an amazing view. Breakfast was good, but dishes needed to be topped up as they were often empty. Dinner was very good. Hotel has three bars to choose from which were all very nice. Our big negative was Christy on reception who was unhelpful and knowingly tried to mislead us. Dealing with a complaint was difficult if your spanish is not great and the general manager failed to respond. Conclusion is we had an enjoyable stay at what is probably the best hotel in Armenia.
