I wasn't expecting a lot from a 3 star review. But I wasn't expecting the stinky smell, stained carpets and overall speedy building. And, the killer was having to call the desk (not a friendly guy) to remove a hugh(in my opinion) roach from my bathroom. I recommend you spend a little more $$. Don't stay here.

Property and rooms need fresh paint and need to do something about smoke/pot smell BUT rooms were clean(zero dust) and beds (full size not queen) were clean and comfortable. Location is good!

Nothing like the pictures. The hallway smelled like weed. The carpet was soggy. Inside the rooms were smelly and the front service was poor. Hallway was loud at late hours of the night. Fridge made a high pitched noise all night, and super loud bass noise coming from the room that woke us up at 11pm. I will never stay here again.

the rooms were pretty much what you expect from 2 star hotel, the bed and shower were all right, but I have never seen carpet that dirty, ever. It was just disgusting. And my room was not an exception, I saw some other rooms with doors open. Location is convenient, only 15 - 18 min drive from Regan airport and about the same distance from Washington DC downtown. Be aware that there are hardly any places to eat nearby, so consider it, if you do not have a car. After all, it worked for me, I had to find a place to stay for 2 nights in the very short notice and I could not find anything available in 5 miles radius from downtown for less than $400 per a night.

This place if absolutely disgusting. There was rodent feces, mold, sticky carpet. Don’t look under the bed or behind the headboard, you will vomit. I can’t believe expedia even offered this gross motel.

Gross. Lobby smelled like disgusting fish-based cuisine when I arrived. The tiny room smelled like mothballs. I had no idea you could still get a standard def cable signal. Tiny TV with an even tinier picture and no channel guide. Mildew/mold around the window and in the bathroom, hair on the bathroom floor. I won't be penny wise, pound foolish like this again.

The place is ancient. The rooms were not maintained. The furniture in the room was quite old and chair seats are worn off. The mattress had already wrinked sheets when I first entered the room, looked like no cleaning was done before reassigning the room. The bathtub had hair all around and a used soap was there. These are a few very basic rules for a hotel/lodging service. They should provide a cleaned room at the very least. I tried cancelling my next day booking and the manager was non-cooperative. I would NOT recommend booking this place.

Dirty, bugs in room, hair and body fluids in bed. Blood and snot on the wall. I immediately checked out because it was unacceptable. The manager said that it was ok, that I would be refunded in full and then charged my credit card for one night.
