Noisy street. You can hear the noise in the in the morning. Terrible garage. Low hanging pipes. There are no warning signs for that. I damaged the back door in my car.

Hotel was perfectly located for our quick trip to Washington DC. We were not far from Fletcher Cove where my wife ran a marathon. We were able to walk to an excellent Japanese restaurant which was only .3 miles away. Then, we were jumped on the metro and headed to National Mall for some site seeing. Metro was only a few blocks from Hotel too. This all made for an enjoyable trip.

The location was perfect. We were in a central location to great dining options. The staff was great. The valet team provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The pillows were not comfortable but overall still and excellent hotel experience.

Perfect location for us to ride bikes to National Mall and to Georgetown University! Hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, fast elevators, and great rooms-quiet even in the flight path of the airport. Breakfast was superb -but a little pricey (24.00). But what makes the Centric so phenomenal is the staff. Mahmut at the front welcomed us from the minute we arrived with service, recommendations, and assistance with our bikes. Each morning he greeted us with a smile and inquiry about our day, even after working a double shift the night before. He made an enjoyable stay even better. Our fridge had an issue and the technician was there to fix it in under 5 minutes. All the staff was friendly as well!

Housekeeping protocol can be confusing
The property is conveniently located to the Metro, dining and stores. On check-in, we were asked if we wanted to forego room cleaning, making of beds, etc. We were told someone would still come in daily to remove dirty towels, etc. That didn't happen, and we had to go to the front desk to request fresh paper cups, Keurig pods, etc.

Hotel is okay but I was told there was a $25 early check in fee. I've checked in early at hundreds of location and never was charge a fee. They either had the room available or they didn't. I was incredibly disappointed in Hyatt.

I've been coming and staying here for three years. It's an easy walk across the bridge to DC . Always clean, always friendly staff and stores and restaurants all around. Great alternative to expensive DC /Georgetown Hotels
