I got up early to take a shower in the morning before I flew back home. And when I was taking a shower someone's hair, dirt, feces and debris starting flowing up from my bathtub drain. I had to contact room services and I never ended up getting a shower or my morning breakfast due to the situation. I expect someone to contact me regarding being this incident as it was unacceptable to have occured for me.

Comfortable and Convenient

The room was comfortable and clean. However, the hotel staff only cleans the room every 4 days. Since our stay was only for 3 days, we never received fresh towels or sheets and the trash was never emptied. Also, the hotel charged $42 per day to park. That information wasnt shared until check in. There were no other available options. Their listing only says "parking available". It doesnt say that the available parking has a fee per night. The hotel is very convenient to the DCA airport, along with the area's subway system. Lots of area restaurants, bars, and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We were charged a fee to park our car for the night. I did not see this extra charge when reserving the room. It added a lot to our expected fees. What hotel charges you a parking fee to park in their facility when you stay?

Their shuttle bus is shared with Hilton Garden Inn so it was a bit slow, but the service was pretty good free breakfast was very convenient.

For the most part, it was good. Good breakfast, but was very surprised at the high cost to park our car. Will not stay there again. Will find someplace with free parking

The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. They deserve a raise!! The room was spacious and very clean when I checked in. I easily parked on the street. Breakfast was great, and there was availability of snacks.

Beware! Bait and switch rooms

Pros - hotel is very quiet. You'd never know any other guest were there. Cons - you are NOT given the upgraded room you pay for. They have you pay an upgraded charge for a better room but then when you arrive they will not give you that room. I paid for a "Studio - King room" and was given just a standard room with a king bed. I immediately called the front desk to tell them I was given the wrong room and the lady told me no I was not. I then went downstairs and it was a different lady at the front desk and I showed her the pictures of the room I booked and the booking info; she agreed that it was not the same room but would not help me and told me if I wanted to I could "make a complaint" about it the next day but acted like nothing would be done about it. Next, the parking garage elevator did not work 2.5 of the 4 days I was there requiring you to walk two flights of stairs up in the freezing cold with anything you needed to take to room that day. Lastly, the bed was HORRIBLE. I like a firm bed, but this bed was so incredibly hard it was like sleeping on a dining room table.
