This site is convenient for catching the 16bus to metro; very easy in/out of downtown DC & all its iconic sites for about $2.50 each way. Staff are kind and although breakfast is basic, it sufficed. Motel is old and less than stellar. Hot showers are hot with good water pressure.

Don’t stay with women and children

The front desk was great and there is an Asian restaurant connected to it. The only issue I had was that there was screaming and arguing from 0330 to about 0500 from people that seemed to be staying there. But you get what you pay for. It was low cost close to where I had to work.

If you're considering staying at this hotel, you may want to think twice. Unfortunately, my experience was less than comfortable, beginning with the poorly constructed bed. It felt as though it was hastily put together and lacked the support needed for a decent night's sleep—every toss and turn was met with squeaks and creaks. The furnishings in the room left much to be desired. The mismatched table and entertainment center looked like they were cobbled together from a garage sale haul, creating a disjointed and unappealing aesthetic. It was clear that no effort had been made to create a cohesive or inviting space. To top it off, the curtains appeared to be relics of a bygone era. Faded, outdated, and showing signs of wear, they did little to add any charm to the room. Instead, they served as a constant reminder that the decor was in serious need of an upgrade. Overall, this hotel falls short in providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. While the potential is there with some updates and attention to detail, the current state of the accommodations was disappointing.

My room 222 was dirty especially the bathroom. The inside of bathroom door grimy. People going into some form of outside bathroom on 2nd floor landing. People smoking pot the odor was especially strong in that area.
