Property is very pretty, cozy and charming. The restaurant is very good.Beds are very comfortable. Check in and out was quick. Walking distance to several good restaurants/cafes. However, I didn’t get the room I reserved (saw in the photo during my reservation two beds instead one queen bed) Also, they need to stock more toilet paper in the bathrooms, no just one roll. Breakfast buffet was ok, needs more variety such as pancakes, waffles, oatmeal etc.

Der ganze Gebäudekomplex ist wunderschön und das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Vulkan. Das Frühstück war super lecker und das Zimmer sehr groß und ruhig. Die Dusche hat um die 10 min gebraucht um warm zu werden, das war vielleicht das einzig negative.

Very Nice Stay
Our room had the perfect view of one of the volcanoes. The staff were all very helpful and nice. We booked a massage and reserved their roman bath which turned out one of our favorite in this hotel. I am glad we booked this place.

Alejandro and the other 2 girls helping up front were awesome! They made my life so easy despite a few minor challenges that week! It has a pretty courtyard with lovely plants and trees. But the hotel is outdated. We lost water and power multiple times through the week long stay. Towels, if there were any in my room, had stains on them. It’s a cute place but needs some attention

The front desk could have been a little friendlier, only one of them, the rest were good. The breakfast was very good and Victoria wonderful. I loved her homemade bread. The courtyard quaint. Great location.
