Everything was great until checkout. I realized about 2 hours after i used online checkout, my card was charged twice. It wasnt the card I requested to be charged. The employees were extremely helpful and nice. However, they were not sure how to fix the issue. I hope they will be trained well and be able to fix future charge discrepancies.
I enjoyed the room layout and the toiletry dispensers available in the bathroom. The hotel location is easy access to restaurants, shopping & roadways.

I wouldn’t go back
My room had very clearly not been cleaned. There was a smell to it, black hairs were on the vanity, in the sink and on the towels and bedding. The sink faucet had fingerprints all over it and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The only positive was the very helpful night manager.
The room was dirty. Pee behind the toilet. Coffee drips on the cabinets. The refrigerator did not work. Tooth paste splatter o the mirror. The whole room looked like it hadn't been cleaned other than to replace the towels and make the beds before we checked in. I should have complained but it was late and I was tired
The first night we were there we were leaving for dinner and come to find out that the door wasn’t latching. All you had to do was give the door a shove and it would open. The front desk lady said it would likely be the next day before maintenance would come to fix it. She wasn’t very pleasant. So I told her we would require a different room. When we returned from dinner it was fixed.
The next day around noon there was water dripping from the ceiling over the toilet. I went and reported it with a picture. The man at the desk was so very helpful, he immediately had someone from maintenance come in with towels and to look over the situation. They went upstairs. Someone had left the water running in the tub and it was over flowing.
I went with my boyfriend and it was a decent place. When we first got there the lady up from was rude and nonchalant. The floor in our room was also dirty like it has ent been swept. But other than those things our stay wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best.
