Check in was smooth. The staff recognized us from a week ago, as on this trip we were on our way back home.
Parking lot was well lit, plenty of parking.
Many places to eat.
Checkin was smooth and quick. The receptionist that checked us in was professional and very nice.
The hotel was very clean inside and outside. Was a welcoming look. Room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was plentiful and restaurants were with walking distance.
The property was great in every way, except one… Our door could not be locked from the outside. The latch was apparently broken to where it wouldn’t lock. We called the office and they were quite shocked and concerned and said they would contact maintenance. But as of a couple hours later, when we left, there was no sign of maintenance.
The road getting into the hotel is terrible. When we arrived, we were told the elevator was broke and they only had one room available on the 4th floor. Conveniently a room in the 2nd floor was available when we said we could not take 4 flights of stairs due to a broken ankle.
