The road getting into the hotel is terrible. When we arrived, we were told the elevator was broke and they only had one room available on the 4th floor. Conveniently a room in the 2nd floor was available when we said we could not take 4 flights of stairs due to a broken ankle.

Came to check in, they informed me that their keycard machine was broken and that they would have to walk me up to my room to open the door. I felt like I couldn’t leave my room because having no key card meant I would have to have the front desk walk me to my room every time I left it, to open it. Went down in the morning and they said the card key machine is still down, I never had a room key for the entirety of my stay. I really wish the hotel would’ve informed everyone ahead of time, as they said it had been broke for awhile and I would’ve cancelled so I could’ve gone elsewhere.

It was wonderful. I loved the way the hotel has the toiletries set up in the bathrooms to use pre-installed un the showers and around the sink area They were wonderfully convenient.
