Very clean, nice room. Staff was very nice and friendly. It is a little far to walk to the casino but it is very close to the casino. Nice Mexican restaurant next to the hotel, good food.

Didn't hit the jackpot at this hotel

The hotel needs remodeling. Our room was dingy and dark. The air conditioner made a loud squeaking noise the entire time it was on. The curtains had stains on them. The hotel smells like Mexican food all the time due to the restaurant next door.

The soap containers attached to the wall are refilled after each guest. I don't want to use a bottle that is refilled, and every guest has to squeeze it to get the soap or shampoo out. That's gross, Best Western. Do better!
