Hotel simples, os quartos tbm simples. vi que alguns estao em reforma, o que eu estava tbm esta precisando de uma reforma, começando a aparecer mofo, pra quem gosta de cama mais firme melhor pegar outro hotel, nossa cama era beeeem mole, poderiam incluir nas reformas novos colchoes. o cafe é bem basico mas atende.

Esperava mais do hotel. Café da manhã me deparei com itens com gosto de estragado. Quarto tinha mofo no teto, banheiro com pintura no teto descascando e com mofo. Chuveiro velho. Gostei bastante do atendimento, da localização mas eu espera mais em relação as instalações do hotel. Pela fachada do hotel esperava mais.

Poderia ser melhor

O problema já começa no check in. Uma atendente chamada Vitória nos recebe com uma baita má vontade. Esquecia de passar informações básicas. Não deu dois cartões-chaves porque disse que não tinha disponível. Que se a gente quisesse, dava pra deixar o cartão na recepção e alguém abriria se precisasse. Chegando no quarto, somos surpreendidos porque o quarto horrível e totalmente diferente do que aparece nas fotos nos sites. Então tive que voltar a falar com a Vitória, a moça com má vontade. Ela disse que era o que tinha disponível. Eu insisti por uma alternativa e ela disse pra falar com o gerente. Então tratei direto com o gerente, seu nome era João. Este sim era muito prestativo e buscou uma solução. Encontrou um que era um pouco melhor e com cama de casal. Decidi ficar neste mesmo por falta de opção e para não causar uma experiência ruim para minha esposa nas nossas férias. O problema é que o quarto tinha várias situações graves. Tinha uma tomada dentro do box do chuveiro, nunca vi isso na vida. O banheiro estava tomado por mofo nas paredes e teto. Mas isso era no prédio inteiro também. Mofo, infiltração e teias de aranha pra todo lado. Além disso, havia apenas duas tomadas para o quarto inteiro. Em uma manhã pedimos na recepção que dessem um jeito no quarto. Quando voltamos, realmente tinham limpado, mas o mofo já tinha desgastado a pintura. Porém, é um ponto positivo. Ainda sobre outras questões. Todas as fechaduras dos quartos estavam com problema.
