It was alright for the price. The furniture in the room was a little beat up. I would stay there again as long as the price was the same as it was. Check-in was a hassle but it always is in Brazil.

I would give this hotel 3 stars being nice. Bad receptionists, worse food , stale sandwiches and a room service that works when they want to !! Nothing to do with COVID-19 Bad service at its best !!! Not even a contender for a 4 stars Room very mediocre and moldy

Good location for the beach. About 30 min walk from bars and restaurants. Definitely noisy because if street traffic. Faculty and room clean. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Personal very friendly and welcoming the only problem was I did not speak a world of Portuguese ( my bad ) but none of them were speaking english either !!

O hotel oferece uma estadia agradável e confortável. Embora não seja luxuoso, destaca-se pela excelência do atendimento, com funcionários sempre solícitos e educados. Nossa viagem, com família e amigos, foi muito satisfatória. Os quartos são espaçosos e bem equipados, dispondo de frigobar, guarda-roupas, cofre, varanda e secador de cabelo. Além disso, o hotel oferece o empréstimo de ferro de passar roupas por 30 minutos, o que foi bastante conveniente. O café da manhã atendeu as expectativas, proporcionando uma ótima variedade e qualidade. A piscina é um destaque, proporcionando momentos de lazer e relaxamento.

Hotel SEM INTERNET. Muito caro por não ter isso.
Hotel sem estrutura de internet. Péssimo. Perdi muito dinheiro sem poder acessar a internet. Esqueçam se hospedar neste hotel porque ficarão no escuro. Atendentes ficam sem graça e tentam de tudo para minimizar o problema e quando falamos com o gerente ele é um total inerte que não fala nada com nada. Péssimo por isso. De resto tem um café da manhã bom, cama confortável e canais a vontade. Mas sem internet ninguém fica. Tem hotéis mais baratos e com toda tecnologia que necessitamos.

Funcionários super simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. Contudo o hotel parece ser um pouco antigo e o estado de conservação das instalações não é dos melhores. A localização é excelente e o café da manhã bem servido. Nota 7.5.

No geral a estádia foi Razoável. Café da manhã é muito bom, mas a limpeza do banheiro e do box encardidos, as Toalhas de Banho precisam ser Renovadas com urgência, estão muito desgastadas, dá nojo de serem usadas.
