Property is well located but they need to improve a few areas, such as: old bed sheets that need to be replaced, all units have balcony but none has tables and chairs, I would enjoy sit in the balcony to enjoy the sunset but wasn’t able to. Restroom shower is outdated.

The staff was absolutely amazing; extremely helpful and friendly. The property is outdated. The shower splashed water everywhere, the toilet clogged easily, the tv stopped working… great location - but needs an update.

Estou viajando faz quase2 meses e nenhum hotel cobrou dez por cento sobre o valor da diária. No entanto este hotel usou este procedimento alegando que é lícito. Gostaria de saber do site hotéis.com sobre a legalidade deste procedimento, uma vez que já fiquei até o momento em mais de 20 hotéis e nenhum deles usou desta política, como fez o Hotel Aquários em Aracajú.

O Hotel Aquarius fica em região privilegiada, na orla, e em frente de feirinha de artesanato. Também oferece acomodações e facilidades compatíveis com o valor da diária. O estacionamento externo não prejudica, pois a região é segura.

A estadia foi muito boa. O pessoal de recepção, principalmente o senhor Cristiano, muito educado, atencioso e simpático. Maira do restaurante, também da mesma forma. Excelente localização, opções de restaurantes, bares e feirinhas. Área segura. As instalações dos quartos um pouco velhas. A limpeza poderia ser melhor.

Experiência péssima! O quarto até parecia bom, no início, mas logo no primeiro dia percebi que o ralo do chuveiro e da pia estavam entupidos. Noticiei ao hotel e disseram que iam arrumar. No dia seguinte, não só continuavam entupidos como também começou a voltar água pelo ralo do banheiro, durante o banho. O banheiro ficou inundado! Reclamei e alguém foi lá, à noite, e jogou um monte de toalhas no chão, que ficaram a noite toda encharcadas. No dia seguinte, continuava o problema. Me trocaram de quarto. No outro dia, fui tomar banho de manhã e não havia água!! Nem quente, nem fria, nem na torneira, nem no chuveiro. Tive que descer para escovar os dentes no banheiro da piscina! Ao retornar à tarde ao hotel, o gerente, extremamente ARROGANTE, quis bater boca comigo na recepção, dizendo que havia queimado a bomba d’água, como se isso fosse normal e os hóspedes que ficassem felizes… Depois disso, a água saiu marrom na torneira. Hotel NÃO SABE TRATAR HÓSPEDES!
