Our room was disgusting and had a broken telephone. The bathtub wouldn't drain properly to the point that I had to go to the front desk and get a plunger to get it to drain at all otherwise we would stand in 6 " of standing water. The front desk rep said she would tell the GM about our issues, bathroom being unclean (toilet wasn't cleaned - urine stained and pubic hairs under the lid) along with the tub issues. We tried to call the front desk only to find that there was no cord from the phone to the wall! Then when we went to make the pull out couch into a bed there were no linens at all in the room and when we went to the front desk to ask for them, we were made to feel that this was an inconvenience for them to get them for us. The tub issue was the worst, we were supposed to leave to tailgate at the Packers game at 8:30am but since I had to plunge the tub just to get it to drain for us to be able to shower, we couldn't leave the hotel until 11am on Sunday morning. This was unacceptable. I asked the front desk person to talk to the GM on Sunday and she said she would. When we checked out on Monday no one had done so, so I had them call the GM and they approved them to take $100 off our bill. This is still unacceptable to us. I feel that I should still be refunded more than just $100 because I had to do all the work to plunge the disgusting tub and it cost me hours of time that I should have been spending having fun with friends that I was meant to be doing.

The first clerk we encountered was very helpful. The next clerk was repeatedly clueless. My Keurig didn't work (missing two parts); I asked for a replacement. When I followed up later that day, the clerk had forgotten though the hotel was not busy. I returned. from a day out I found my room propped open - good thing I had taken my computer with me. Clerk was clueless.

We had a half empty coffee cup and empty yogurt container on one of the night tables when we got into our room. And our fireplace didnā€™t work, these issues were a little disappointing. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Hands down THE DIRTIEST property Iā€™ve ever stayed in. I was checked into room 227 on 10/23. Once I entered the room, the closer I looked, the worse it got. Not a single surface had been wiped down. Then as Iā€™m studying the bead I can see one side looks more wrinkly than the other- then I pull the comforter back and could clearly see that the sheets didnā€™t get changed. I went down to the lobby and they switched me to room 229. Also dirty. Not a single surface wiped down; and the surfaces had obvious food residue and grease on them. At least I could tell the bedding had been changed. (HOPEFULLY). The most disturbing night of ā€œalmostā€ rest. Disgusting. I will NEVER stay with Best Western again. I thought I was staying in a quality property. It was a clear reminder why I pay $250 a night to stay somewhere. The only good thing about the prop was the nice staff.

Pumpkin Spice Lover!!!
Truly enjoyed our stay when visiting our daughter in college. Quick check in with cookies and apples/oranges in a bowl offered. Coffee available all day. Huge bonus having a Keurig and one of the cups was pumpkin spice cappuccino! There were also great hot breakfast items offering additional pumpkin spice waffle batter!!! Clean room and bathroom, what could be better! Will be back!
