The room that was assigned to me was right next to the laundry room and the ice machine. I had 2 children with me age 5 and 9 that did not sleep all night due to noise and people being very loud around the ice machine and getting ice. The door was constantly opening and closing in laundry room. Not sure who would put young kids in a room next to all this.

We checked in right away at 3. I asked for a first floor room and they did give it to me. It's not a 5 star hotel so it is what it is. There were weird bugs crawling on the wood floor. Our room was not carpet. Shower had cobwebs and there were spiders in the shower with me. Walls were cracked. It was a little creepy.

Wasn't aware of a no pet policy and received a phone call at 10 PM demanding I remove my small well behaved dog immediately. Front desk clerk was rude and condescending. I didn't have alot of options being from out of town and 10 pm. I will avoid this property in the future
