The property is quite outdated and worn down. The room was not well cleaned and the breakfast buffet included at the adjoining restaurant was cold and under staffed. The two ladies working were trying their best but could not keep up.

Your breakfast was horrible. The eggs were awful. Rooms need updates. Had to go down 3 times cuz my card didnt work in door. No room in pool or hottub as u invite the public so didnt get to use it. Employees were very nice.

Could have been a nice stay but it was to busy all day and night. Loved the salt water pool but the temperature in the pool area was cold. Kids should not be allowed in the hot tub as their was never a time to enjoy without kids thinking it was their swimming pool. Had a poolside room and there were kids running and screaming through the night. May have been a better stay at a less busy weekend, although the temp of the pool area was enough to keep me away in the future.

If you have kids and want a good pool area this place is for you. Large groups that have a bunch of kids same thing. There's a good bar attached so you can sneak out for adult beverages. If you don't have kids and want to use the pool or hot tub this is not for you. Other than that this is a standard hotel with a friendly staff

Good option for short family getaway. Only wish for pool area to have additional heaters in the winter. Free breakfast is very limited and in general is not worth mentioning. Friendly and attentive staff.

Definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property clean and all staff friendly. Some updates to decor would help but did not take away from our time there. Breakfast at Mad Apple was really good!
