We liked everything, except for the electronic keys which didn't work. The desk manager tried several times with no success. He finally switched rooms to find one where the key cards would work.

We have stayed here a number of times when visiting our daughter. The cleanliness has gone downhill. We seen cobwebs in the corner with a dead spider in them. The bathroom door did not lock. The pool area was not very sanitary, there were ants crawling around the pool. This hotel is near where my daughter lives and that’s why we choose this hotel each visit, considering trying a different place next visit.

Morning & day staff was above average in service. Night staff was “new” American and had some trouble communicating. Room was clean but property overall, I thought was poorly lit. Breakfast was average. That said, cost of stay was reflective of facility & service. I did not use the pool although it looked nice & clean. Its location served me just fine. Overall I would stay there again but only at the price I paid, not a penny more.

Great economical choice for a decent experience. The HOT sauana is nice, the warm jacuuzi cam be improved with hot water and the cold swimming pool is a great size. Their rates make up for the outdated smelly building and medicore amenities so i will be back!

Not great, not terrible.
The room was big but had a weird smell (assuming the old carpet and drapes had something to do with it). It is a very basic room and hotel but it gets the job done. The pool, sauna and hot tub area was also very big and a nice perk. Parking was easy, conveniently located close to the major highway. I also received an email prior to arriving to "check in" but ended up having to do everything again at the front desk so that seemed unnecessary to have online check in. The breakfast was very basic but if you have kids it would suffice not having to pay somewhere else. Overall price was high for what you got.
