When we first checked in, we found that the pool was closed, which devastated the kids. We were hoping to cancel or get a refund, but the front desk said that they could not help us due to us using a third party to book. Expedia said that they are working on this for us. We then later found that multiple doors around the hotel for entrance besides the main entrance were broken. When we asked about ice, we found that the ice machines around the hotel were broken and got ice from behind the desk from the worker. In our room before bed, we found that the TV cable box was not working, and the TV just said no signal the whole time. We had the front desk check it out, but they couldn't fix it. In the morning when we were getting ready to leave, we found that the shower did not work. The faucet worked, but there was no way to turn the shower on.
Our best friends were staying at the same hotel and had almost all of the same issues.
We will personally never be staying at this hotel again and are really hoping for some kind of refund of our stay.
